Payment Terms
For orders which are booked more than 10 days in advance, we require a 30% pre-paid deposit to reserve the rental items. Deposits are typically non-refundable (see Refunds section below). Orders which are placed within 10 days of the event date are required to be paid in-full at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required for all rental payments. Full payment is due 10 days prior to your event unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
Refunds
Deposit amounts are non-refundable unless your order is cancelled with us no less than 30 days prior to your event date, in which case a processing fee equal to 5% of the refundable amount will be withheld from the refund. We do not provide refunds for unused items regardless of the reason.
Delivery and Return
Delivery is available for a fee to a single drop-off location at street level. Additional charges may be applicable for deliveries not on ground level, not easily accessible or outside of normal business hours. All items will be stacked and should be restacked upon pick-up unless other arrangements are made before delivery. Prior to pickup or return, all items should be clean and free of debris.
Installation & Removal Services
Installation and Removal services of some items (such as tables and chairs) are available for a fee. Arrangements for these services should be made at the time of booking your order. If your order does not include these services they’re typically not available at the time of delivery. We greatly appreciate you respecting the time of our delivery team, which helps ensure our schedule is met for all our customers.
Loss or Damage
You (the client) are responsible for equipment from the time rented to the time returned. Please store equipment in a protected location out of the elements. We do charge the replacement cost for broken, damaged, missing or stolen rental items.
Glassware, Dishware, and Flatware
Glassware, such as Water Goblets, Wine Glasses, Cocktail Glasses, Champaign Flutes, Coffee Mugs, and other drink/serving glasses are required to be rented by the case (see item descriptions for case quantities). These items will be clean and sanitized, ready for use, when delivered/released to client. The Glassware is packaged in plastic crates, sealed with food-safe plastic wrap. For return, empty all glassware and place them back into to the crates.
Dishware, such as Plates, Bowls, and Saucers are required to be rented in minimum quantiles (see item descriptions for minimums). These items will be clean and sanitized, ready for use, when delivered/released to client. The Dishware will be wrapped in food-safe plastic wrap (typically in bundles of 10) and packaged in milk crates. For return, the Dishware needs to be scraped or wiped clean of all visible food/material (rinsing them if you wish, but it’s not required), and then stacked back in the milk crates lined with a trash bag (provided). Tie the trash bags tightly closed.
Flatware, such as Forks, Knives, Spoons, and Serving Utensils are required to be rented in minimum quantiles (see item descriptions for minimums). These items will be clean and sanitized, ready for use, when delivered/released to client. The Flatware will be packaged in food-safe bags (typically in bundles of 5 or 10 pieces). Please keep in mind, the flatware is sorted by type, with each utensil type packed together; they are not pre-packaged into separate serving sets. One or more bus tubs will be provided. For return, place the soiled flatware into the bus tub(s). In order to prevent tarnishing, we ask that you NOT rinse or soak the silverware. If transporting the soiled flatware, you may slide the bus tub into a trash bag then tie the trash bag tightly closed.
